What types of events do you DJ?

What kind of music do you play?

Our style is versatile, from top 40 chart‑toppers and classics to deep house, R&B, funk, and everything in between.
We also welcome song requests and custom playlists to match your event’s vibe.

How much does it cost to book you?

Pricing depends on the event type, duration, location, and any additional services (such as lighting/sound enhancements).
We provide transparent quotes and will work within your budget.

What’s included in your standard package?

Our Standard Package covers the essentials, featuring a professional sound system and lighting setup. To elevate your event, inquire about our premium upgrades, which offer ambient uplighting, special effects, and custom add-ons.

Do you provide lighting and other production services?

Yes, we offer lighting setups and other production services as add‑ons. If you’re after a full production feel (uplighting, fog, video screens, etc.), just ask and we’ll tailor a solution.

How far in advance should I book?

Peak Seasons (Summer & Holidays): Dates fill up quickly! We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance to guarantee your spot.
 

Off-Peak Seasons: A lead time of 2 to 3 months is usually sufficient.
 

General Rule: The sooner you reserve, the better your chances of securing your preferred date.

Do you make announcements / MC the event?

Yes, we’re happy to provide practical event MC services (introductions, transitions, announcements) as part of the DJ role. If you’d like a dedicated MC or more elaborate hosting, we can discuss that option too.

Can we submit a playlist or “do not play” list?

Absolutely. We’ll gladly work with your preferred playlist, and you're welcome to supply a list of songs you’d prefer we not play. Our goal is to reflect your personal style and keep the dance floor full.

What happens if there is a technical issue?

We always arrive early, set up, and test all equipment ahead of time. Equipment is well-maintained and we carry backups for critical components. In the unlikely event of a failure, we’ll handle it immediately so the event runs smoothly.

Are you insured?

Yes, we’re fully insured for public liability, giving you peace of mind that your event is covered for professional services.

What is your payment/cancellation process?

To formally secure your event date, a deposit is required as outlined in your contract. The remaining balance is typically due on or before the event date. Please be aware of our cancellation policy: deposits are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event. We recommend reviewing your contract for specific due dates and full terms.

Do you travel to different locations?

We proudly serve events located in and around the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area (the DMV). Events held outside of this core area may be accommodated, but may incur additional charges to cover transportation and, if necessary, accommodations.
